Please would you pass on my heartfelt 'Thank You' to the good folks of Bighton and Gundleton for the 8pm NHS appreciation clap last night.
My husband, a paramedic, was working a night shift so I joined the rest of the country and stood in our garden applauding him and all the other heroes who are working so hard to keep us safe.
It was a very poignant and moving moment when I heard the clapping and cheering coming from across the fields (what a lovely, noisy lot you are) and it made me smile through my tears.
Please pass on a massive Thank You from us both.
