Telephone helpline

If Coronavirus has had an impact on you or any aspect of your life, including anyone who is self-isolating, please call the helpline for advice and support.

The Hampshire Coronavirus Support and Helpline can be contacted on 0333 370 4000. (Calls charged at local rate.) Or you can request a call-back from the helpline by completing the call-back request form.

The helpline is open 9am to 5pm weekdays. The helpline will also be open on Saturday 7 - Sunday 8 November and Saturday 14 - Sunday 15 November from 9am to 5pm.

We can signpost you to information, advice and relevant services to support you with a range of issues, including:

  • Where to find help in your community

  • Debt and money worries

  • Mental health support

  • Domestic abuse

  • Bereavement

  • Problems with drug and alcohol misuse

  • Volunteering

Please note the service is for people currently residing in the county of Hampshire. If you are a resident of Southampton, Portsmouth or the Isle of Wight, and call the number above, you will be signposted to their respective local support numbers.
